ABOUT THE COURSE: The course contents will include:			KEY OBJECTIVES: To provide attendees with:-
	The philosophy, concepts and requirements of ISO 9000:2000 series of standards			To give attendees the opportunity to develop their ability to audit using ISO 9001:2000
	Key differences between 1994 and 2000 versions			An awareness of the techniques used for process analysis and measurement
	The implications of the changes			The ability to effectively audit on the basis of continuous improvement
	How ISO 9001:2000 is applied in an audit context

Who is the course aimed at?

Quality managers, quality engineers and internal auditors who will be involved in converting existing systems or developing new systems to meet ISO 9001:2000 or who will be using the revised standard as an audit tool.

Attendees should have previous audit training and/or experience.

The course will run over 1 day duration. All materials required by attendees will be supplied by AMTAC and refreshments will be made available for either morning or afternoons breaks and at lunch.
